Get in the pool and workout!
This class is held in the deep end of the pool. You wear a floatation belt around your waist to hold you up in the deep water while working your legs and arms. We also have barbells we use to pump up your work out. We do not count; we time the exercises so everyone can work at their own pace. There is no impact on the body so you can get more range of motion in the water.
