Get in the pool and workout!
A non-impact workout for adults that promotes flexibility and helps improve circulation. The water's resistance enables you to build strength more easily and reduce body fat when incorporated into a total water workout program. Exercises are conducted using a floatation belt.

Saturday: 7am - 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:30am - 1:30pm
