Aqua Power is a total body workout that will develop strength and endurance while improving coordination and agility.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels as the intensity can be determined by the individual.  The class begins with a warm-up followed by working sets that involve aqua fitness equipment such as water dumbells.

 Wednesday 9:30am - 10:30am with Jenn
Friday 9:30am - 10:30am with Jenn

Monday - Friday: 6am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 8am - 6:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am - 1:30pm
